The Sand Hill Site™ is the official unofficial website for Sand Hill Scout Reservation, and is not the official page for the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council, the Order of the Arrow, the Boy Scouts of America, or any other implied or non implied organizations.

It is the policy of The Sand Hill Site™ to follow an adaptation of the internet policies of both the National Boy Scout Committee, and the National Order of the Arrow Committee.

Official The Sand Hill Site™ Web Guidelines

  1. The direct control over the content of The Sand Hill Site™ is shared in a checks and balances system of at least 3 responsible contributors.

  2. The content of The Sand Hill Site™ must be appropriate to the Scouting movement.

  3. The Sand Hill Site™ will only contain advertisements as needed for the site service to be free or discounted and does not endorse any of the advertised material.

  4. The Sand Hill Site™ will not engage in the electronic sale of BSA Supply Division merchandise, merchandise commissioned by the National Order of the Arrow Committee, or competing products.

  5. The Sand Hill Site™ will try not to contain any links directly to any sites that contain material that is not appropriate to the Scouting movement.

  6. The Sand Hill Site™ will not replicate any BSA publication currently for sale through the Supply Division.

  7. The Sand Hill Site™ abides by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

  8. The Sand Hill Site™ considers the safety and privacy of their participants by obtaining necessary permissions to release information about or identifying images of any specific individual both youth and adult.
